Hoop Therapy - a Machine Embroidery Retreat

Bring the machine embroidery project of your choice and enjoy uninterrupted time to stitch, learn, and make progress. Whether you have a project that’s been sitting unfinished, a design you’ve been wanting to start, or a larger embroidery project that feels a little intimidating, this retreat is the perfect place to tackle it.

You’ll have access to guidance, encouragement, and a supportive group of fellow embroiderers. Get help troubleshooting tricky steps, learn helpful techniques, and build confidence with your machine while making meaningful progress on your project.

Be sure to bring  your sewing machine, and don't forget the manual, power cord and foot pedal.

Class Registration & Policies

Your place in class is reserved once payment has been received.

Class fees are refundable up to seven (7) days prior to the start of class, minus the cost of any book, pattern, CD, or other materials received as part of the class fee. Refunds for class cancellations are issued as store credit. No refunds or store credits will be issued for cancellations made less than seven (7) days before class begins.

It is the customer’s responsibility to keep track of their class registrations. If you register more than once for the same class or event, please notify us prior to the class date. Eligible duplicate registrations, accompanied by a receipt, will be issued as store credit only. No refunds or store credits will be issued after the class date, or without a receipt.

Please note: Classes are intended for adults and are not open to students under the age of 18.

Prickly Pearadise Quilts reserves the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment. If a class is canceled, students will receive a full refund or may transfer to another session, if available.


Requirements: Please bring your embroidery machine in good working order.
Instructor: -Heather
Instructor Bio: Heather has been passionate about sewing since she was 11 years old, finding joy in creating quick and useful projects. A few years ago, she discovered machine embroidery and quickly fell in love with it. Heather loves sharing her joy of sewing and takes great pleasure in teaching new skills to others.
