Join us for an exciting sewing class where you'll create your very own Laguna Sling Bag! This versatile and stylish purse is perfect for everyday use or as a unique handmade gift. During the class, you'll learn essential bag-making techniques, including working with interfacing and installing zippers.
Whether you're a confident beginner or an experienced sewist, this class is a great way to enhance your sewing skills while crafting a functional and fashionable accessory.Finished size - 15" wide at the top x 12" tall x 4" deep

Supplies:
Fabric
- Fabric 1 - Front pocket/Bag back, inside pockets - 1 yd
- Fabric 2 - Front accent pocket/lining - 1/2 yd
- Fabric 3 - Bag front top, bag bottom - 1 Fat Quarter
- Fabric 4 - Strap and sides - 1/4 yard (additional fabric is needed if making straps longer)
- Fabric 5 - Lining - 3/4 yd
- Fusible Fleece - 1 yd
- Decorbond or firm fusible stabilizer - 1/2 yd
- Peltex fusible stabilizer - 1/8 yd
Notions
- 14" long nylon zipper. Pattern not suitable for metal zippers
Sewing tools

- Basic sewing supplies (thread, scissors, seam ripper, etc.)

Class Registration & Policies
Your place in the class is secured once payment is received.
Class fees are refundable up to seven (7) days before the class begins, minus the cost of any book, pattern, or CD included in your class fee. There are no refunds for cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the class begins.
All refunds will be issued using the original payment method (cash, credit, etc.).
Please note: Our classes are designed for adults and are not open to students under the age of 18.
