Casserole Carrier

Potluck season is here! It's time to cook, bake, and take your favorite dish to the family gathering or potluck social. Bring your food in style in this fun-to-sew Casserole Carrier.

Finished Size 36 ½” L by 29” W     Holds up to a 9” x 13” casserole dish

This casserole carrier makes a great gift. I like to bring my favorite dish in it and then leave the carrier as a gift for the hostess. It also makes a wonderful birthday gift—make some brownies, place them in the casserole carrier, and give them as a complete gift.

Pattern: will be handed out in class. The pattern kit is included in the class price.

All supplies listed below can be purchased at the shop or HERE

Supplies:

• Main fabric
  • 5/8 yard Quilting cotton fabric (can be purchased at the shop) or 100% tightly woven cotton

• Lining fabric
  • 1 yard Quilting cotton fabric (can be purchased at the shop) or 100% tightly woven cotton

• Batting
  • Insul-bright batting  or 987F fusible fleece 34” x 41”

• Other needed supplies:
  • Sew in Velcro (1) 2” x 2” – bring extra so that you can customize it your way.
  • Coordinating thread: Pick one thread color that will work best with your main and lining fabrics.

• Sewing tools:
  • Frixion / Heat erase fabric marking pen
  • Clips and or pins
  • Point turner
  • Scissors
  • 1/4” foot
  • Sewing machine – foot pedal, power cord, manual 
  • Basic sewing supplies (thread, scissors, seam ripper, etc.)

Your place in the Class is held as soon as we receive your payment.

The class fees are refundable up to seven (7) days before the class begins, MINUS the cost of any book, pattern, or CD you may have received as part of your class fee. There are no refunds if you cancel less than seven (7) days before the class begins.

All refunds are given via the manner in which you paid (cash, credit, etc.).
